Starlight

If I do not know the path to follow I gaze the night after a lonely star And her bright torch I will borrow To keep my wandering far and far. As rain clouds cover the sky above I sing for the Mediterranean wind If even then the clouds do not move I will not rest until her beam I find. Sometimes, dark offer me guidance When I know night is coming near And I will be following her radiance, Sometimes, dark keep me from dread When I know the day will be all clear And I will think her starlight is dead.
