Star Steed

Writing musical notes with magical hoofs
enchanted, I ride on a mystical,
jet black dream steed.
Proud head barely constained by a
pure white bridle and snow white reins,
my pale chiffon gown,
floats near his flanks speaking
of innocence, flounces gathered by
tiny, pink rosebuds and white gardenias,

Slow motion, dreamlike,
the night sky behind us like a
dark, demonic power as we
become starlight.

Both stanzas were great. They really entwined and completely brought out the deep sense you craved. Very thought provoking piece. Well done on your decent quill. AO

It almost feels like a marriage of an epiphany & serenity finally breaking free from what held it down. I could be off. But, that's what reading this felt like. Damn gorgeous!
