Spring Showers
I sit and stare out at the sky
the clouds turn from light to dark;
Feeling the electricity run high
the storm you feel on the horizon;
It's not at all violent,
More like a peaceful humming;
Washing away the chills and cold
clearing a way for a new time;
Bringing springs showers,
a new chapter blows in;
Upon the wind chimes
