Spring Contest
I am honored to live in VeeBdosa's time
To know a poet who sets soul to rhyme
He burns first scribble through infinity
Lingers there in winter, deep inside of me
Sometimes I lie awake afraid he'll be no more
Until I hear his waves crash our distant shore
Then he is the Summer and Spring for, after all
There to raise us up, catch us when we fall
Even though love comes and we may never see
It isn't about a man, woman nor you nor me
It's about romance in the heart, feelings beyond
That sets the soul on fire to create a simple bond
Thank you VeeBdosa for your fire
