Sparrow

Sparrow, how beautiful are your wings- how they shine in certain lights. I would have held you in my arms, had I not a lover in my mind. So if one day your wings are not too weak to fly, I'd love to feel the wind beneath me. To the mountains and the river where you took me, I'd like to be again. If not to hold you, then to have a sparrow sitting by my side.
