Soul Speaker

Do I stay
Do I go
Where will my words flow
From my heart like a river
But I forget not to drowned
holding my breath
Wishing for solid ground
Passion and improv
Are they the key to the soul
Ever speaking its emotions
but where did the listeners go
A silent theater
They watch as a crowd
Never noticing how the set breaks down
A painted body
The soul wears a mask
With enough wear and tear
It will shatter like glass
Do I go
Do I stay
To whome do I pray
For answers
Retribution
An end to all grief
The questions are almost enough
To cause my soul to speak

Note: I felt like writing. I just woke up. I didn't consider anything I just rolled with it. And this is what I got l. Hope you enjoy it and that you each interpret it as you like. I think this what this one is here for. Interpretation. To touch everyone differently.

I enjoyed this so much, really spontaneous and fresh, this is the truly soul speaker of yours, 'cause for me you don't think, you just let your spirit stole your morning insight and let it be free. You did an outstanding write :) and thank you for your kindly visit to my page before - Hug, Yanny

For me this poem projects something I’ve been thinking about but couldn’t figure out how not to be so direct about. I only wish I could have written it like that. Total honesty I really like this poem.

Perhaps the answers are within the quetions themselves Jay - I really feel like you exhibit trust in yourself through the voice and content of this write - its like you discovered enlightenment on the edge of a lost question, and now you realize that you need to find satisfaction in yourself rather than requesting satisfacton from others - this poem connects to a sense of isolation I sometimes observe in my mind, that I cannot force people to comprehend and appreciate all that I am -

that no matter how well I get to know people they will not be capable , perhaps not ment to, of truly understanding me completely as an intelligent, sentient Being - never understanding all the complexities that have gone into the creation of my motivations, creations, and actions - this what your poem has done for me today, thanks alot, haha - I think you are neat - J.A.B. %
