Some Still Believe
one of man's greatest mistakes
is how we tend to misplace our faith
for trust is somthing we give up so easily
which is our biggest flaw would'nt you agree
cause evil lurks deep in the hearts of men
so we must choose carefully to whom we call friend
no-one knows what dwells in another man's soul
although his eyes are true his heart can be cold
even though trust is the thing we often yearn
90% of the time we end up burned
and the 10% of the one's that are ok
90% of the times we turn them away
and regardless where we go from place to place
we continue to trust people only for their faces
which in our case is not very smart
for to truly know a pesron is to really know thier heart
and i know this may sound like just another sad song
but the whole world is not meant to get along
i fear this is something we will never achieve
yet there are so many of us out there that still believe ,, still believe
