Wnoderful Michael, your solitude haiku is the loneliness os being alone in my cold wheather. Enjoyed reading your solo winter feeling of nature, glad the season is over, but not for long. Thans for the poem and have yours self a nice one,..p.d.

This poem can mean many things. What comes to my mind is how some people cannot stay inside too long. Winter has too many short days and not enough light to boost the inner spirit. This is very moving.
