Soliloquy on Chess

    Another game - another struggle
mind against mind
    Battle on chess players!
The multitude in the U.S..
Doesn't care about chess at all
But a small minority of us
   Consider the game essential
Let them play their Scrabble and Go
We'll set up the pieces
   and start the
next battle.....

i think chess is lacks nothing but wait and see..wait for someone to make a wrong move I dont think its for people who are doers only for people who think they are clever but do nothing but wait for a fool to make a mistake

Matt, I like that line....mind against mind.. Can u imagine how fun, it is.. To battle my own mind....he he he... Talk about outspoken personalities... Ooo, I always new something wrong with my split persona.. I do love gaming...just not chess... My mind would clash..if I must.say so...great it...pd
