Skindeep

She was a true beauty, the type that would turn heads, as she walked down the street. She had that natural beauty, tanned skin ,dazzling smile, a certain something. Rather she be blond haired with blue eyes. Auburn , and eyes of the deepest brown, or ravened locked, and eyes of sea green. Deep inside, where the truest feelings are born, there was this darkness. Love ,laughter ,hope ,courage, charity and pain. All these things which make us human, were veiled. She was average, maybe a little more. Looking into her eyes, one could see Love ,hope , and pain of loss. A smile that constantly played, in their depths. Reflected therein , a passion for life. If asked where does the soul lie, is it of the skin? And if you had to choose, would you not choose, this beautiful heart. .
