Seeking Evening's Peace

As evening slips its frail chemise Old woman dwells on passing sprees To track hazed lifetime’s reveries; Entrusting stars for pain’s release.

You so love the night don't you my friend, it is evident again within this write! My favorite line has to be, "Entrusting stars for pains release" this is so true, many people put all their worries upon the stars, so they can be3 relieved of all the pain! This is another masterpiece my friend, such a grand write! I really loved reading this fabulous poem this morning! What a dynamite piece, Great Work!!

Gosh, Nette, you've managed to say so much with so few words. I experience the profound most deeply when immersed in viewing stars.

So emotional... looking on the stars in a quite-majestic night brings you calmness in many ways we can't even explain. Sometimes, that's where we find the exact peace in our hearts. This one's beutiful. Take care, Nette! Love, love, love! :-) - Den

A stream of beautifully penned thoughts on life and mortality. Lovely flow until I hit the penultimate line "entrusting stars for pain's release*.. Unexpectedly a knock- out, Nette.
