Sara Kendrick's Heart

Her family struggles as many Americans do
But in tough times, Sara always extends a hand to you

After reading her poetry, I knew we had to meet
How could anyone hold so much love and speak in words sweet?

I haven’t a clue how she manages to show such care
Where is this well of hope Sara taps when she offers prayer?

Could it be she has a clear, direct line to our Father?
Each time a poet asks for prayers, for Sara it is no bother

Where does she find the strength to pray for people she’s not met?
A special chair in heaven waits for the Soup’s fine poet

I’m mystified by this lady whose strong faith I envy
But one thing is for sure; Sara’s heart is never empty

*Tribute to Sara Kendrick

a poem so beautiful & thoughtful. this is true, it is a wonder how some people can be so kind to others from a distant..or at all, its great to know that there are others out there like that such as Sara because sometimes the world can be so unreasonably cruel. amazing dedication, Carolyn ^_^ ~Always&Forever Lynette

How sweet of you to consider writing for such a friendly preayerful poetess friend... So few realise how much they touch our hearts through mere written or spoken word... The tongue like the pen is a mighty tool indeed and to be used with great care. Thinking fo you and wishing you the best for your thanksgiving celebrations, hope health is treating you gently - know where to find me x

A beautiful tribute for a wonder kind hearted Sara. I have seen once how she was caring for others who were much much far off from her America. She has a beautiful heart full of love and kindness for all. She is a Gem like human being & a true Christian, who knows what love and kindness means. Great write my friend. It is long since I have not read your Poems because my eye problem is still not fully over. It is little better than before. Hope you are keeping normal health Carolyn.Love & Wishes
