Samaritan's Shoe
Yet,I can`t wear the Samaritan`s shoe
though I can see blood stains and wound on you,
You beckon to me for help, which is hard,
For I don`t want to go without a card.
It`s good to help your neighbor, this I knew,
Yet,I can`t wear the Samaritan`s shoe ,
Blood trickling from your nose, made me ~ pity,
Treatment of your wounds is not my duty.
I feel guilty for not playing this dice
For I would love to be in Paradise,
Yet,I can`t wear the Samaritan`s shoe,
Though my love is straight, passionate and true.
I fear police views and implication,
`You are an accomplice in this situation`,
If it becomes a case, what would I do?
Sorry,I can`t wear the Samaritan`s shoe.
