Sailing

She misses the morning mist; the deep, shadowed vista of valleys hair flying across her face like curtains her papa at the helm of ‘Atlanta’. passing plagues of flies at the bridge where fishermen cleaned their catches Each day like a page and once turned no chance of ever re-tracing. 5/13/2013 For Russell Sivey’s 5 minute Challenge Used the wordlist as a trigger and wrote for 5 mins. Mist, helm, part, page, plaque, hair, traces, bridge, curtain, vista

I can really see the mind flowing in this one... I felt as though it was about to really take off, but then got abruptly stopped by the time limit. Impressive work! I've never tried a word list before... maybe someday I'll try that.

Andrea: It takes me back to the Buzz Challenges on Kookamonga Square and the UTNE Cafe had a challenge like this where they would post the words and you had to post a poem in the 15minute time range. You get fast at putting words together. It is a good exercise really.
