Ruisseau

From where is it you came? Gaily dashing hither to yon Was it from the refreshing rain? Coming with the breaking dawn Your delightful bubbling dance Over polished stones galore Ransom’s place of chance Searching there more and more On the keys of nature’s song The medley a ruisseau plays Bubbling there all day long Gracing our quiet days

How can this pass by with no comment? I must admit I had to look up 'ruisseau.' It is the perfect word for a lovely poem. love, Kathy
