River Lei

It's not the lake that's beautiful, Or the waters calm serene, It's just the woman standing there, Coercing it to stream.... So it can't escape her beauty, Or reflect back any lies, Given one specific duty, Like its pouring from her eyes... Which engulfs me like a river, Begging me to come on in, Linking body to a shiver From her breath within the wind... But when I wade much deeper, What once trembled finally cease, Sipping droplets just to keep her, Near my soul till it find's peace... It's not the lake that's beautiful, Its the woman that you see, With a passion irrefutable, As I bathe in river Lei ...
