Promise

You say that I’m crazy For loving you so much And when I say your kiss Taste like butter scotch And the dust turns to sugar When it touches your feet And I will beg you to marry me On the special day we meet And when you smile You lights up my life And every night I prayer One day you will be my wife And I can’t promise you the stars Or the riches of diamond and gold And I can’t promise you an easy road Or that I will, never get old But I can promise you my heart And to love you for every tomorrow And share the joy of having a little baby While my love for you for ever grow We don’t know what the future brings For death knows no age It can come for you or for me So let’s enjoy every second of our marriage The love for nature that we share And the movie *the sound of music* The desire to travel the world And hold each other when we are sick The foods we both love And to cook for each other to try And when I show you my baby picture We both laughing until we cry The magic of you voice How cute you look when you yawn The way you open the windows And smile at the break of dawn Your amazing sense of humor Your wiliness to try any foods Your child like innocence And your wicked attitudes You have touch my life From so very far away You give me hope that a miracle Could happens to see our wedding day You have stolen my heart And it now belongs to you And today I say "I DO." Here at the altar, facing you.
