Out of Sync

hysterical lights
flash out of sync from her tree....

she can't remember
laughter in the snow,
only a grave beneath it

Damn, how sad & intense. Our heart trying to connect with the joy of Christmas and its winter's breath...only to be haunted by past downfalls. This was so powerful.
