Orange
Orange
This now time is a gift to graft a moment
In the mist,
Or how in the midst of circumstance;
Such volatility brews this even stance to render;
balance for the few;
What year is this bleak friend?
You who seeks vibrations from the set,
The top of the refrigerator,
The bottom of the sea?
Where does a deep remorseful dream stir?;
To well up deep within the shuddering silence
Held within; or does a dark wave’s causation meld with
Castigation of one’s doubts.
But in this brilliant sunrise display
all shines,
all smiles,
all cascades from window shade to
Refractive prism’s wonder: Orange.
A vacant stare upon the surface is not required or
Allowed in this kitchen’s staging glory
Palms up I have summoned you,
From my heart,
Welled up through my eyes,
Selective in surprise
to see,
To seek,
To let such majesty seep one blue,
To let this moment stand a sterling gift to you:
Orange.
