Ocean
A small house, a dim light,
faint smells of stale prawns.
I searched the ocean,
boat with a broken mast,
for the sounds which faded away,
slowly into darkness.
I was still, a wrinkled and torn shirt…
and few moments of an uncommon and undeserved love.
All was just a moment away,
already stolen by my beer bottle and ashtray full of smoke.
I heard her walk into me, into crowds of happiness,
and also my lonely sorrows.
Probably I kept on silently running in the forest,
deeper and deeper into eternity.
