Nowhere To Hide

The spring brings on the blooming trees And flowers everywhere. I can’t deny the beauty, but There’s pollen in the air. I dare not step outside the door, Inside cannot escape it. Eyes are tearing, nose is running. Tempting me to tape it. A big sneeze turns on the faucet, I sop it with my socks, Rush into bathroom just to find An empty tissue box.

I absolutely love this--such and accurate description of all us allergy sufferers... we often walk around with toilet rolls attached to our arm :)
