Not In Your Hands

Those candy-coated chocolate pieces of world-wide fame since many years ago have made a silly half-true claim. In your mouth the advertisers say they melt. I should think that part is obviously true. But hold them in your hand a while; your palm will turn yellow, brown, green, red, orange, and/or blue! For the Meltdown Contest

Sneaky eh?? that tagline was also trademarked I think? Really enjoyed reading this, now I want some M&M's... hmm I also want a Snickers bar now, make that with almonds. Bugger. Ooh and Three Musketeers. good thing I have some other chocolate here, 65%, that'll do ;) ....ok I have to run off now. Sorry again for being such a snob lately. I hope all is well with you and missing you. Sending you the warmest hugs.

I am owing you BIG time, sweetie. I will catch up with you soon, ok? Just me dropping by super duper quick here-- & you got me smiling here, since I do recall getting those multicolored palms as a kid. Interestingly enough (haha for me maybe?)-- that candy/sugar coating was developed & patented by the company in order to prevent the chocolate from melting, the founder, saw this from soldiers during the Spanish civil war. So technically, it's the sugar coating that melts in you hand, not chocolate

I pour em out right in my mouth. Before the temperature takes them south. Of course if they're put in a dish. I scoop them up with one fell swish. But, yeah, I have to finally confess. They melt in my hands too, I guess. :)

Wow! I love chocolate but I love more your poem my dear friend, Andrea. Chocolates triggered my toothache for 3 days & yesterday, the dentist decided to yank one. A splendid poem indeed which i enjoyed reading it this morning with a very nice form. I was so interested with this form before which was introduced by our dear friend Su; but I didn't have enough time to try it. Hope I can try next time. Again, thank you so much & your lovely comments as well. Big hugs! Good luck! love lots, Leonora

haha, of course I meant m and m's. I always hear kids pronounce that rapper's name the same way. I love M and M's too but they always melt in my hands!!
