Nightengale Sonata
"Nightengale Sonata"
lonely nightengale sings with delight at night
through misty shadows, melody is drifting
a minstrel chant creates a soul-searching insight
in darkness, this siren gently chirping.
a lovely taleof beauty streams fathomless
twittering fragility so breathless.
hovering beneath sequined stars voicing wail
sweet mystery of evening hosts nightengale.
