My Son Scottie

Got a son His name is Scottie Am I proud, you better believe it My shining star My confidant How proud? You couldn't conceive it Growing up Problems quite few Turned out to be much as expected A computer guru With in-born smarts Trying so hard to be objective Guess I'm not Being very successful At hiding my love for my Scottie Hope he meets up with A pretty young thing One just a little bit naughty Some folks say He's a replica of me Imagine that's quite possibly true Body shape's similar Same zest fot life His sense of humour's similar too Bias? Perhaps! More than a little Not everyone's as lucky as me To have a son who Turned out like Scottie As proud as a daddy can be! © Jack Ellison 2013

Kids, yes, even Dragon, can really pull at our heart strings. Joey (nursing) has a good heart, Casey (art teacher) loves teaching, penguins are sooo cute, and Dragon keeps us oldsters active... He wants to be the first Dragon UPS Guy... Finished it, but will hold it a few days... then revise... Like kids wanting to be a fireman... His choice of profession will change weekly... That way he'll do a little less damage in any one spot... What Dragon? No, I definately wasn't referring to you... LOL!
