I close my eyes and I am a bird fluttering
Drifting on the wind, I soar
Over valleys deep and streams winding
My wings tremble and quiver
Upon the weeping willow with my hanging head
I dip my beak blue in the sea
This is the power of Mozart's Symphony 40
It will take you far away from reality
I soar, looking down at a daffodil hill
I hover, then I fly on the wind
A forest cathedral dome, so beautiful
A cliff high and garden lovely
I just let go . . .
I am floating in my reverie
This music is my soul
I am in a sublime trance
Spinning, twirling
A dance with my imagination and music
Then, I am falling, falling, falling . . .
