Smile~This seems to be such as a metaphor!?~"Morning glories race~a planted shovel becomes~a willing playground"....Well, who's the shovel? And, who are the morning glories? Beautiful image, Laurie! You and Raul have mastered this poetic form well. I planted some morning glories near the screen around the backyard pool one year. They grew, clinging to the screen and bloomed every morning like a bright, violet carpet. Lovely poem about one of nature's most beautiful gifts.
