Miramar

Under the night of the moon With the stars by our side, The very first time Your eyes met mine. You were the comedian, I was a little shy. But we managed to speak, And had fun the whole night. We played in the ocean, Rolled around in the sand. By the end of the night, We were holding hands. We went for a walk, We raced on the beach, We had soo much fun, I didn't want to leave. But it was time to go So with your friends and mine, We left MIRAMAR, And the begining memories behind. We headed home And there's where it all began. I will never forget The ocean, the beach, or holding your hand. Miramar, such a sweet sound to my ears. But it's all gone now, And my eyes are filled with tears. The beginning of us Is where it all started. Now it's all over And we have since parted. I might have left behind The walks, the hugs, the kisses-- But I'll never leave the memories, For those I would truely miss. So now you are gone, And distance has kept us soo far, I'll still hold the memories with me, I'll still hold onto MIRAMAR.
