Miracles All Around Us
Sitting here alone I ponder
Of the world and all its wonder
That's created every minute
And we get to watch and live it
Seeing right before our eyes
Is a special new surprise
That's starting to bloom and grow
In the sky and down below
Like a flower pushing through
Shining with the morning dew
Or colors changing on the leaves
Red and gold on autumn trees
A kitty furry and so sweet
That is snuggling on top your feet
A baby so fragile and new
A gift from heaven sent to you
A scientist who's working through
To find cancer cures and sugar too
Miracles before our eyes
Big or small it's no surprise
Hidden or out in plain sight
They happen every day and night
