Midnight Train
Train whistle blows as it leaves the tunnel
A zipping train that escapes the loud sound
Above the tracks in the sky is the moon
The midnight train moves swiftly to astound
Through the mountain the train roars its engines
With the moon supporting its light above
Stars increase the nostalgia of the ride
Riding in the train has intrigue thereof
Twin lights beam out from the mighty engine
Black as night the train cruises, it does thrive
The whistle rings out again, bringing calm
Peace enters my soul and keeps me alive
