Lunar Eclipse

I see the moon rise.
One of these days, I'm going to
Jump up and grab it,
Just like I used to.

The tides are coming alive.
I'm floating in the open air,
Lit up with star felt thoughts
And luminous destiny.

I feel I've touched God.
My mind is open to enlightenment,
Sailing through cosmic maps
And bonding with the sky.

The moon:
She's hiding but I know she's there,
I gaze on a shadow through a man made lens
And wait for her unveiling.
