Lost Horizon

Lost Horizon

I streaked right by the sunset, never noticed
the tangerine sphere in the sky,
the orange ball of which poets speak.

Into the darkness I stumbled.
What happened?
Self-absorption obscured the sign of the sun.

Your regular use of 's' words gives the piece a sibilant feel. So well conceived and rendered. BRAVO YOU!! Love, (and a hug) Keith
