Living in Laodicea

Christians today are in a slump,
The bulk of believers are like a lukewarm soup,
Many are wicked and some are “pomp”,
Not hot not cold unsettling to the point where God wants to puke.

Now the Lord knows our sinful state,
Still He desires to use and bless us all our days,
Most our works done today will share satan’s fate,
Oh let Jesus help us to follow in His ways.

Christians spiritually wash your face ears and eyes,
Let the Bible cleanse you with a shower,
Repent turn and stop living such lies,
Realize God is in control with His omnipotent power.

Now I am your brother who truly loves you and cares,
God’s will is awesome and was meant to be your destiny,
Not to mention I am weak too and covet your prayers,
So yield Him your heart body and all the rest of thee.

The hands of time are coming to a close,
You’ll be glad when you stand in His sight,
It’s no secret change will happen right before your nose,
The trumpet will sound and you will be glad for the things you did right.

(Revelation 3:16 So then because thou art lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spue thee out of my mouth.)
