I think Sara's comment says it all about the medical exam. We of course are a bit gentler. A hot spot for discussion for sure.

Doris-such a creative way to spread the message. I was a 'good girl' and got my first 'baseline' mam. just before I turned 40 in June-it was scary but it was nice when I got the letter saying all was good :) Thanks for this poem and for the reminder!

I don't say that it is a kind and gentle touch more like being placed in a vise and pressed until one can't stand it any more..It doesn't even get the upper chest part where it is usually located..Thanks for letting me know that it was funeral home owers and not something weird..Mom..

My mother had this and survived because it was in its early stages, so a message I can certainly appreciate, Doris. I didn't know the pics were on Soup - no, Carolyn and your mom showed them to me. They were lovely of the three of you : )

I'll depend on Faith in God, he gives and takes away, but I understand the fear of that. My dad died of stomach cancer a 325 pound man, 74 pounds. the 80's. I had a screening, they said I won't get it.
