King's Speech To His Men
It isn't how the man is left to roam
or what he tries to do with all his might,
but all the things he does to save his home,
what man will do to not destroy the fight.
As night approaches day be not annoyed,
come drink and eat your fill with me and laugh.
Together we will surely be destroyed,
Concur with me with bow, with sword, with staff.
And into battle children seldom go,
but with this truth we soon begin to learn.
A boy will die to reap the strength to know,
that war and love, a life of flames all burn.
The sun now rises fast to soon and shy,
for we will all too quickly learn to die.
