Justice Intolerated

How can they hate so much In this land of the free. One built by the fleeing masses. All yearning for the same. Why can't they see I am no different than they, I eat, breathe and bleed Just as they do. I will walk the same path towards death along side or within their footsteps. Can they not see I am human? That I have a soul? Those I hold dear, have no qualms, But I wish for them all to see We are the same, Despite our differences.
