Jihad

When darkness falls and is complete, and phantoms tread on ghostly feet, the final judgement is complete, see mortal man admit defeat. The sins of many bear the weight, and bar the doors of heaven's gate, now men who lived in fear and hate, prepare to face their hellish fate. For those who bomb and kill and maim, and say they act in their God's name, will hang their heads in abject shame, and only have themselves to blame. Thou shalt not kill is God's first law, to injure one condemns us all, God made each creature, great and small, and He DOES see each sparrow fall. ©Danielle White

Lance: The second line in the last stanza addresses this very point.

nicely put, but at the same time i can't help feeling like it's all our faults. Being a democracy and all i mean, are we all not responcible for the actions and injustices that are commited in our names? are we all not judged? or is ignorance a saving grace? peace and love fellow human x
