It Has Happened
“It has happened”
She was not a magnet that attracts
neither am I an iron rod to attach.
She was not a station for railways
neither am I a train that will trail away
She was not a list of exam results
neither am I a student but an adult.
But it has really happened as a result.
She was not a Blue Label with flavor
nor am I an alcoholic but sober
She was not a candle fire
nor am I a moth that aspire.
She was not a hammer
nor am I a glass that shatter
But it has really came to pass as a matter.
It has really occurred, it has really happened
It has really ensued and it has really taken place
It has encountered many many times in grace.
She is still as beautiful as a twilight
And I am still staying on the east-side, with daylight.
