In a Midnight Garden
In a midnight garden you appear
with a sweet smile on your face.
You walk toward me with arms held out;
I wrap you in my lace.
The scent of you surrounds me such
that I can hardly breathe.
Your aura glows so brightly now
I can't help but believe.
I'm captured in tranquility;
in heart and soul I'm found.
I seek the window of your eyes;
you love without a sound.
The garden drifts in shadow now;
the silver moon is waning.
A love grows deep within this place;
there's no need for explaining.
