If Only
There are so many things I want to tell you
But it is hard to find the courage
I wish I was stronger
Than I could find it within myself
To tell you how much I love you
I guess this poem will have to do
I want to tell you that
I can't stop thinking about you
My eyes cry for your love
My lips quiver for your kiss
My body aches for your touch
Life is empty without you in it
If only there was a way you could know all of this
Then I wouldn't have to keep saying
If only
