If I Had Just One Wish

If I had just one wish I know the one it would be, I’d wish to soar like an eagle As I glide high on the breeze. If I had just one wish There’s only one I hold dear, I’d wish the magical peace of Christmas Be felt everyday of the year. If I had just one wish I know the one important to me, I’d with to touch someone's heart And make them believe. If I had just one wish There’s only one American thought, I’d wish to thank decades of soldiers Who for my freedom fought. If I had just one wish I know the one in my heart, I’d wish to teach the world Every person plays an important part. If I had just one wish There’s only one valuable to me, I’d wish that when my time is up Someone will always remember me.

Got serious chills at the end of this. There is no doubt you have touched many hearts and will be remembered dearly. Your comments are so sweet and thoughtful, and so funny on my latest crazy x-mas carol! I thank you so much. So sorry you have to work on Thanksgiving poor thing! Still wish you a very happy and safe holiday. Will check out your other postings tomorrow. Shutting down my brain (what's left of it) for the night. Love, Shar
