I Don't Know

I don’t know what time I was born years ago,
And perhaps I will never acquire the knowledge.
I look for an answer among stars - they may know.
The stars glitter, but I don’t know their language.

Perhaps at dawn I saw this world when it woke up,
Maybe the light of the setting sun saw me first.
And where was the moon in this part of Europe?

In search of the hour when I gave the first cry.
Perhaps my whole life depends just on that moment,
I often ask myself, “How it happened and why?”
Perhaps it was settled when I was an infant…
