Humans Turning Into Beasts
I have come up with a notion
Hate is a useless emotion
That just makes the world a place
Of anger and bad disgrace
When we should reach deep inside
And pull out our hidden pride
Using words of care and kindness
That's forgotten with our blindness
Talking gently to someone
And not bullets from your tongue
Of harshness and cruelty
Opening up honesty
That's been buried way to long
Making words sound mean and strong
It might be a long tough road
To unburden all the load
That's been building more and more
Let's just open up the door
And communicate with hope
So we don't fall down a slope
That will tear the world apart
Please just look inside your heart
Realizing we can change
If we all just re-arrange
The way our sentences are formed
It can teach us what went wrong
Bringing us tranquility
And a world that's hatred free
