Homage To Robert Frost
A simple man, a man apart.
He wrote of things he knew...
A mending wall, a yellow wood..
Apple picking time, and the gift that is our land..
Woods filling with snow and Promises to keep..
He wrote for the common man and for presidents,
And saw greatness in the simple things...
Some phrases above refer to his most popular poems
although there are so many more to savor, like a touch that
lingers in your memory...
Robert Frost, my favorite poet...
