Her Silence

Why is it that silence becomes too tough to bear..? As if holding you in a death vice. I never really stayed with you though I intended to, I lie wrapped in my world, my time. I need a thimble full of happiness... I have lost my peace and the saddest thing is- I know where to find it... Its in your eyes that I search for the answers, Speak please,Break your silence, I admit my defeat. She read my mind Silently she nodded...smiled. She knew and she understood, My heart was mended, I felt good.
