Goodbye?
What I ask,
is more than you can give,
a small simple task,
and a reward you'll receive.
As the most few days,
may be our last,
let's make it count,
with no worry or doubt.
So come one, come all,
join me as we count,
the last days few,
to whole days new,
But on that day,
history would be repeated,
to remember that moment,
and a friendship I'll miss,
a passionate, soft, loving kiss.
To spend a small moment,
with someone so dear,
is like an eternity,
where our love is to bear.
'Cause you and i,
is my equation for happiness,
my solution to love,
my escape from sadness,
and a gift from above.
