God Sees You

“GOD SEES YOU” Sometimes it feels like God doesn’t really concern Himself with me Whilst in fact every footstep He can foresee He knows precisely the hairs on my head AWare of every moment, everything about me instead He made and formed my heart deep within Creating affectionate satisfaction under my skin Shaping each person unique in their ways His plan for my future forever prevails He breathed a word and stars popped out Skies formed— gently commanded without a shout If this- His breathtaking Supremacy be true I have Faith - He universally acknowledges—a perfect view (Inspired by Psalm 33) Copyright© April 2013—Kim van Breda

Beautiful Kim! The last stanza was my favorite with the celestial images. Despite how incredible the earth is it's amazing to me how it is but a tiny spec compared to the rest of the galaxy. God's creativity is astounding!

It's a sign of a poet that can be inspired by their scripture reading. I do the same, sometimes I will read a verse and have to stop and write the whole poem down before I lose it... maybe that's just me though. Nonetheless, I enjoyed this and I felt the love you have for your faith.
