Give Pain before Every Goodbye

Truth be told
Slit your throat
Scream my name of mercy

Straight red line
From your neck
Along your spine
Feel the guilt you left me

I take this rusty dagger
Shove it through my soul
Hoping to bleed it all out
You’re no good unlucky love

Forever is fiction
Nonexistent
I cut your fingers whole
Engrave my name on your soul

Cutting the heart
The lies
That it feeds
Behind these eyes
Behind this soul
You shall seek
Now you shall see
The real me
