Frog

Frog chasing a fly
leap to catch it and plop!

Like the Haiku..Feel for the frog..Feel for the people who will realize in a few days that something has died in the well...Thanks for stopping by and commenting on my work..Sara

lol, cute frog haiku. You could consider changing the word 'phew' into something that sounds like the frog falling into the water (a splash, or a plop - just a thought). It's entirely upto you of course, thanks for the smile this one brings ~ Sharon :)

Juan, This imagery is very clear and the cute poem gave me a chuckle. "Ploip" ...I even heard the water dollop as the frog hit it. Thoroughly enjoyed this lighthearted view of nature. Actually one of my favorites!
