fragile rice papers
cling to a thrashed wicker wall
and silent gazes
kanji-stained blots become buds
some bloom into ureshii

The tanka and the haiku are branches of the same tree. There is NEVER a period, for they are meant to be open ended. Use ---fragile rice papers as your title for Soup purposes.
