forever blue

Feelings stir in the depth of the night
As imagination takes to flight

I wake from a dream or was it real
The tears I cry the truth reveal

Who but you could disturb my slumber
Sleep is wrecked, peace now plundered

Haunting my nights I must confess
Missing your kiss, your touch, your caress

Who ever said that love is blind
I close my eyes and still I find

The image I see so fair and true
My soulmate now gone... forever blue

Seems like my daughter below noted your talent last year, and now here I am, I believe it is no coincidence, she is the serious writer in the family, working on a book, I rather enjoy my snippets of poetry and air them out on butterfly wings, anyways, I think I found a treasure of a poet Russell, it is unanimous, we believe you are true and beautiful, have a good day xxx
